An Evening at
Venture Bikes
The ARTCRANK Archive
Original ARTCRANK bike posters return for one night: a Greenway group ride, artists, live music & a huge outdoor projection. Bikes, art, food, drinks & community — free and all ages.
Roll with us
The evening begins with a casual group ride on the Midtown Greenway, led by the Venture Bikes crew and joined by riders from Melanin In Motion. After the ride, stay for music, food, drinks, and a large-scale outdoor projection above the shop after dark.

A night for everyone who rides
ARTCRANK events brought every kind of bike person into the same room: roadies and messengers, commuters and mountain bikers, framebuilders and advocates, families on cargo bikes, kids on their first ride.
That same spirit carries into this night — connecting the Greenway to Uptown and welcoming Melanin In Motion's riders into a celebration of bike culture that reflects the whole city. A night for people who ride, people who love art, and everyone who feels at home where the two come together.
Grab a free ticket
Come for the ride, the art, or both. Grab a free ticket so we know you're coming, and roll with us on August 7. It helps us plan the ride, the food, and the night.
The Archive finds a new home
More than 200 original, limited-edition bicycle-themed posters from past ARTCRANK shows are now installed throughout Venture Bikes Midtown — available to browse and buy. On August 7, a large-scale outdoor projection lights up the shop wall after dark to celebrate the collection's new home.
Fourteen years of bikes meeting art
From 2007 to 2021, ARTCRANK brought artists and cyclists together through poster shows celebrating bike culture — introducing thousands of people to handmade, affordable, bike-inspired prints from independent artists, illustrators, and designers across many cities.
The posters now at Venture Bikes are selected works from that history — a one-of-a-kind collection of original bike art living inside a bike shop on the Midtown Greenway. The Archive stays year-round, giving riders, collectors, artists, and neighbors a place to browse and buy.
This isn't an ARTCRANK event — it's a Venture Bikes night celebrating the Archive's new home.
